Safety Training When Your Audience Doesn't Speak The Language

It is an OSHA requirement that we conduct safety training in a manner to ensure that all employees understand.  So how do you handle workplaces with multiple languages or when You, or the Trainer, don't speak the language of the employee?  In today's episode, I am going to give you so solid tips to make sure that you are meeting the goals of safety training, regardless of an employee's native language.

Not every situation is the same and you may need to try different techniques to get the best result.  But I have 7 ideas for you.
